Q: How do I reset my password?

A: If you provided security reset questions for your account then you can reset your password from the login screen located at https://account.optimerawifi.com/login.php


1. Click “reset password”.




2. Provide your username and click "Next".




3. Answer two of your security questions correctly and click "Next".




4. Provide your new password and click "Reset".




Your password has now been reset and you will be able to login with the new password you have provided.

A: If you do not have security reset questions setup for your account you will need to contact our support personnel and have a temporary password created for you. Click here to submit a support request.

Q: Why can't I access the Internet even after logging in?

A: Make sure you have purchased service or still have remaining service for your account.


1. Login to your account.


To login go to https://account.optimerawifi.com and provide your username and password.

1. Check your remaining account balance in your dashboard.


Your remaining balance is located just under your username on your dashboard after logging in.



2. If you do not have a remaining balance purchase service or enter a coupon you have purchased into your account.


You must be logged in to purchase service or input a coupon.

3. If you currently have a remaining balance for your account please submit a support request so that we can assist you.

A: Make sure you have entered any active coupons into your account.


If you have purchased a coupon you will need to apply the coupon to your account to gain any remaining credit it has. Coupons are activated upon entering them into our system from your account dashboard.

1. Login to your account.


To login go to https://account.optimerawifi.com and provide your username and password.


2. Go to the Coupon page and input the 16 digit code found on your coupon card.


You can visit the Coupon Page by clicking here.



After submitting a valid coupon code your account will be credited with any remaining balance that was on the coupon card submitted.

Q: Why is there a limited number of GB?

A: At OptimERA we do our best to not over sell our connection. We make sure to provide as much information to our customers as possible so they can make informed decisions about their purchases. Not only do we make sure to maintain enough available bandwidth for our active customers but you also always be able to view how much bandwidth we do have available.

Q: What if you run out?

A: We don’t intend to let that happen often and we have priced this so that we can bring additional bandwidth online when needed. Part of our business model is to provide a premium service that we can easily justify growing if demand supports it.

Q: Why is your service so much faster than your competitors?

A: We choose time tested and reliable solutions and if they don't exist we build them. We don't shy away from choosing to purchase high cost equipment or custom software solutions if it means the best experience for our customers. At OptimERA we believe a quality service will in return have high value for our users so speed and reliability are always at the forefront of our efforts.

Q: Why are your prices higher than some of your competitors?

A: OptimERA WiFi is a premium service that focuses on reliability and speed. We know there are plenty of budget choices for Internet service and at OptimERA we strive to provide a level or service that can be both relied upon and enjoyed. We don't oversell our connection or share your private information. We provide support from humans in your local areas and we are constantly upgrading both our hardware and software infrastructures.

Q: Can I subscribe to your service

A: Currently you cannot subscribe to our service however we are currently building this functionality into our system and will be introducing subscriptions and subscription pricing in the future.

Q: How can I sign up without an email address

A: Technically you do not need access to your email address to register. Once you have registered and purchased service you will be able to access you email service as normal.

Q: I can't login even with the proper credentials

A: Try upgrading your browser, if you are using Windows we recommend Firefox. You can download this browser for free from out Network.

Download Firefox for Windows 64bit (recommended)

32bit Firefox is recommened only for older machines running 32bit Windows. If you do not know which version your Windows is then we recommend downloading the 64bit version above, however if it will not install please try the 32bit version below.

If you would like an alternative to Safari on you Apple computer we have provided the Mac version of Firefox for download however we recommend using Safari unless you have problems.

A: Try reseting your computer, and logging in again. If reseting your computer does not work and you have tried upgrading your web browser please submit a support request so we can assist you.

Q: How can I download an alternative to Internet Explorer?

A: You can download the Firefox web browser for free from our Network below.

Download Firefox for Windows 64bit (recommended)
